Creekside High School has announced the “Order of the Arrow,” the top 10 percent of the Class of 2020.
Leading the group of 38, Deshawn Johnson has been named valedictorian. Priya Bhowmick is this year’s salutatorian and PAGE Star Student, earning the highest SAT score in her class.
Each year Fulton County Schools names a Star Senior, a member of the graduating class that has been stellar in academics and extracurricular activities and has a unique story to tell. This year’s honoree is Sensoury McKay.
In a letter to the Class of 2020, Principal Frankie Pollock, Jr. praised all of the school’s seniors for their accomplishments.
“The Class of 2020 has shown leadership and displayed pride that has been evident throughout your time at Creekside,” he wrote. “We have excelled in almost every category a school can be rated on. The name Creekside High School is known throughout the country for major accomplishments that are a result of your hard work.”
