COSF Counts Block Party

The City of South Fulton’s Complete Count Committee for Census 2020 invites you to the COSF Counts Block Party on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. at the Wolfcreek Amphitheatre (3025 Merk Rd SW, South Fulton, GA 30349).
The Census has been conducted every 10 years since 1790, as required by the U.S. Constitution. The goal of the 2020 Census is to count everyone once, only once, and in the right place. Over $675 billion per year is distributed to state and local governments using Census numbers. These dollars are vital to communities as they:
The success of the 2020 Census depends on everyone’s participation. One way to ensure our efforts are successful is by forming a Complete Count Committee (CCC). The City of South Fulton’s CCC is comprised of community influencers that create messaging that resonate with the population in our City. The COSF Counts Block Party serves as a kick-off event for the committee’s 2020 Census awareness campaign. Our goal is to educate and motivate residents to participate in the 2020 Census.
