Councilman khalid kamau’s monthly summer block party series continues this Friday, July 12 at Creel Park at 7:00 p.m. The event includes a screening of “The Hate U Give” and a panel discussion on modern policing. Police Chief Keith Meadows and Black Lives Matters activists will participate.
