The South Fulton Development Authority will hold its first meeting of the year on Monday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. at Fairfield Inn & Suites, 7775 Ella Lane.
The meeting agenda includes discussion of the 2020 regular meeting schedule, supplemental training, a budget amendment and a proposed mixed-use development project to be anchored by Hyatt on Old National Highway.
A substitute officer appointment will also be brought forth following the resignation of Shelly Lamar. Public comment will take place at the end of the agenda.
