Barre Luxe Opens at Sandtown Crossing
Earlier today, Shana Roussell and Thanayi Smith celebrated the opening of
their new venture, Barre Luxe, with a ribbon-cutting in partnership with the
South Fulton Chamber. The new fitness studio offers clients a luxurious
approach to taking care of themselves, mind, body and spirit.
The studio offers a variety of barre and yoga classes daily,
as well as guided meditation. Barre workouts, a fast-growing fitness trend,
incorporate movements derived from ballet.
In addition to fitness classes, Barre Luxe plans to offer monthly
workshops on a variety of topics, including finances and diet, and annual spa
retreats.
