School Board to Discuss Millage Rate at July 16 Meeting
The Fulton County Board of Education will meet Tuesday, July 16 at the school system’s North Learning Center, located at 450 Northridge Parkwayin Sandy Springs. The board will convene for executive session at 9:30 a.m. with a pre-work session immediately following. The business meeting will begin at 1 pm.
The millage rate will be on the agenda. The tentative 2019 millage rate is 17.796. The rate will result in a decrease in property tax revenue from reassessed property by 4.16% based on the calculated 2019 tax digest.
