South Fulton Hosts 2nd Annual Senior Gala
The City of South Fulton hosted its Senior Royale Gala on May 23 at Prince Hall Grand Lodge. Now in its second year, the event takes place during Older Americans Month.
Georgia Public Broadcasting's Donna Lowry served as the event's emcee. Special guests included State Senator Donzella James, State Senator Nikema Williams and State Representative Sharon Beasley-Teague. Fulton County Commissioner Natalie Hall was the gala's guest speaker.
During the event, South Fulton recognized several Seniors who have made significant contributions to their communities by honoring them with "Crown Awards."
