Community Zoning Information Meeting

The City of South Fulton will host the next CZIM (Community Zoning Information Meeting) on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held at a new location: South Fulton Arts Center, 4645 Butner Road. The purpose of this informal meeting is provide opportunity for the community to ask questions and/or express concerns to the applicant.
The application, M20-001 (Madhouse Sports Bar & Grill, 5280 Old National Hwy.), is a request to modify condition 1.a (Z83-94 SFC), to increase the allowable maximum square footage from 2,400 square feet to 3,390 square feet to allow for an 990 square foot outdoor patio space.
