Captain D’s First-Ever ‘Express’ Restaurant Opens in South Fulton

South Fulton is now home to Captain D's first-ever "Express" restaurant. Anil Dossani, the restaurant's operator, celebrated the grand opening today along with the South Fulton Chamber, Old National Merchants Association and members of the community. During the pandemic, Captain D's was among many fast-casual chains forced to close their dining rooms in an effort to adapt to CDC-recommended protocols. Due to the successful pivot in operations, the new restaurant prototype was born. Old National District to Hold Advisory Board Meeting on May 19

The Old National District (OND) Advisory Board will hold an advisory meeting on Thursday, May 19 at 11 a.m. The meeting will be held at South Fulton City Hall at 5440 Fulton Industrial Blvd. in the breakroom. Space is limited. When capacity is reached, visitors will be encouraged to watch the meeting online.  The meeting will be livestreamed via Zoom. The meeting ID and passcode are located below. Old National Merchants Association to Hold June Meeting at Central Station

The Old National Merchants Association (ONMA) is resuming in-person meetings. Members of the organization and guests are scheduled to gather on June 24 at 8 a.m. at Central Station Sports Restaurant, 4855 Old National Hwy. Updates will be provided on the Old National corridor. Guest speakers include College Park Councilman Ken Allen and South Fulton Councilman Mark Baker. Founded in 1989, ONMA was launched to create a healthy economic environment for merchants and the community. Now in its 32nd year, the organization continues to embrace new challenges and opportunities in the area. The organization holds meetings on the last Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m., which include breakfast and networking.
