City Council to Hear Four Zoning Cases on Jan. 11

The City of South Fulton will hold zoning public hearings on Jan. 11 at 6 p.m. Four cases will be heard impacting districts one, two and four. The cases scheduled to be heard by the city council include: Case Z21-016The applicant is requesting a rezone from AG-1 to CUP for 36 single family homes at 0 West Stubbs Rd. and 3315 West Stubbs Rd. in District 2. The case was heard by the Planning Commission on Dec. 15 and was approved with conditions. The city council will hear the case on Jan. 11 and vote on it on Jan. 25. Atlanta Habitat Asks for Input on Expansion to Old National

Atlanta Habitat for Humanity will host a public meeting with property owners in the Old National area on Thursday, March 14 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Diamond Hall and Conference Center located at 5495 Old National Highway, #C9. Atlanta Habitat representatives will speak with owners regarding a pending zoning modification with the City of South Fulton for recently purchased land at 5620 Old National Highway. Representatives previously met with members of South Fulton's city council in January at Atlanta Habitat's headquarters on Memorial Drive to discuss the project.
