South Fulton Officials Continue Food Distribution at Welcome All Park on Friday

The City of South Fulton’s series of weekly food distribution events continues this Friday, August 21 at Welcome All Park, 4255 Will Lee Road. Residents can drive through the site to pick up food starting at 11 a.m.

The initiative has been part of the city’s response to help local families financially impacted by COVID-19. Much of the food has been provided by the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Volunteers from a number of companies and organizations have also assisted in the effort. This week, the city will partner with the Omicron Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, State Farm and Coca-Cola Bottling Company to help distribute food and other goods.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed at Friday’s event. More information is available by calling 404-670-9619.
