Ways to Give Back in South Fulton on MLK Day Weekend
There will be multiple ways to give back to the community over the long weekend in observance of MLK Day, also recognized as a national day of service.
District 1 Councilwoman Catherine Rowell will join Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land for an event to beautify the Campbellton Creek Nature Preserve. The event will be held on Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. Participants should meet event organizers between Plummer Road and Riverside Drive in South Fulton. Parking is available in the Publix shopping center, to the left of Arden’s Garden. Registration is required.
