FCS Superintendent Finalist to Meet with Public at Westlake on April 18

The Fulton County School (FCS) Board will announce the finalist for permanent Superintendent on April 17 at 12:00 p.m. at the Fulton County School North Learning Center (450 Northridge Parkway, Sandy Springs). In accordance with Georgia law, the school board must provide a minimum of 14 days for public input on the finalist before a final vote to fill the position.

Principals, teachers, staff, parents and students are encouraged to meet the finalist and learn more about his or her vision for the school system. Meet and greets will be held on April 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Roswell High School (11595 King Road), April 18 at 7:00 p.m. at Westlake High School (2400 Union Road) and on April 19 at Centennial High School (9310 Scott Road). 

The Fulton County School System is the fourth largest school system in Georgia. More than 95,000 students attend 106 schools in the cities of Alpharetta, Chattahoochee Hills, College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, Palmetto, Roswell, Sandy Springs and South Fulton.
